TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Margaret River Cottage will always strive to confirm pricing, availability and answer any other questions you may have within 48 hours of your request.

Please note that sometimes your computer's spam filter may block the operator's response mail inadvertently. If you do not receive a prompt reply, you should check your 'junk' mail folder or contact the property with the details we will send you in your confirmation e-mail.

CANCELLATIONS:
We are happy to answer any questions you have about our accommodation before you make a booking so please do not hesitate to ask.

10% deposits are payable at the time of booking.

Full payment for the booking is required 4 weeks prior to the date of stay.

Deposits may be refunded, excluding booking fee of $35, provided that a minimum of 4 weeks notice is given. If less than 4 weeks notice is given, unless the cottage can be re-let for the period of the booking, the full cost of the booking will still apply.
